Administrating Assistant - Temporary

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Temporary Admin Assistant to join a busy and welcoming office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role, is confident speaking with people and can stay calm and organised in a busy working environment.
The Role:
As a Temporary Admin Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support within a busy office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Speaking with customers and suppliers on a regular basis
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Using SAGE to support day-to-day processes
• Using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Keeping records and information organised
• Supporting the wider team as required
• Helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
