Receptionist – Bedford Location: Bedford Pay Rate: £15.50 - 16.50 per hour Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Days: Monday – Friday Duration: 3–6 years We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy team in Bedford on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional receptionist looking for stable, long-term work. Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Signing visitors in and out
- Supporting general administration duties
- Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
- Assisting the wider site/team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Previous reception or administration experience preffered
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and presentable manner
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
