Redwood Nursery – Noya is a proud member of Kids First Group (KFG) — the leading provider of premium early years education and childcare across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Since its inception in 2011, KFG has grown to operate 36 nursery schools, each uniquely specializing in a distinct pedagogical approach, including British EYFS, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Foundation Phase Educator to join our outstanding team at Noya Nursery, a member of the Kids First Group.
About the Role
As a Foundation Phase Educator at Noya Nursery, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing, inspiring, and developing our young learners through a creative, child-centred approach rooted in best practice and the British EYFS framework.
Requirements
Qualifications
Must hold a recognized Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND, PGCE in Early Years)
English as a first language (native level fluency)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting
Proven expertise in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on EYFS principles
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
Maintain open, positive communication with parents and caregivers
Monitor and document children’s learning and development
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
Bring creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset to the classroom
Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding standards in the nursery
