Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Mansfield
Rate: £45.00 - £50.00 per hour
Contract: Locum Assignment
Dates: Monday 3rd August - Friday 19th August
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Mansfield, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their busy Property Department on a short-term basis to provide holiday cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team, taking over an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
- Providing a seamless handover and ensuring continuity of service throughout the assignment.

- Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Availability from Monday 3rd August to Friday 19th August .
- £45.00 - £50.00 per hour (DOE).
- Hybrid working may be available for the right candidate.
- A supportive and welcoming team.
- A well-managed caseload with an established firm.
