Biology Teacher - Flourishing Secondary School in Swindon
Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join a flourishing and well-regarded secondary school in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a Biology specialist who enjoys teaching engaged pupils and working within a supportive, forward-looking Science department.

The Role
Teaching Biology across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that promote curiosity and understanding
Supporting practical lessons with a strong focus on safety and scientific accuracy
Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
Working closely with colleagues within a supportive Science department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Biology or a closely related subject
Experience teaching Biology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
A professional, organised, and collaborative approach
