We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to support the wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and achievement of students within a designated year group. Working closely with teaching staff, parents and external agencies, you will play a key role in providing pastoral support, leading interventions, promoting positive behaviour, supporting attendance and ensuring students achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working with young people, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our students.
