Personal Assistant / Carer Purpose of the job PA required for a gentleman who lives in a rural location, CW5 area, who was born with a syndrome with a severe learning disability. As a result of my syndrome, Client needs supervision 24 hours a day and has a compromised immune system. To join a team of PA’s. Hours and rate of Pay £12.21 per hour 8 hours per day – shifts available 7am-3pm / 3pm–11pm / 11pm-7am Main Duties All aspects of Personal Care.Domestic Duties: Support with cooking and service nutritious meals and snacks, cleaning, changing linen, laundry, ironing (These duties may vary from day-to-day I like painting, watching DVD’s, listening to music, and going for a short walk. Social Duties: Attend medical appointments with me Support me to keep in touch and socialise with family and friends Car Driver is essential. Personal Assistant Specification Driving licence with own transport. DBS check will be required. Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity. My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition. You must be able to work well independently. My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
