Rust Developer Trading

Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Rust Developer to join our high profile clients Team
Our client is a well known global Global Prop Trading firm. They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record). They also have a digital asset service operating across the globe.
Day to day the Rust Developer will:
- Responsible for research, design, development and application of trading technologies
- Building internal and external tools to support trading activities
- Integrating the APIs of cryptocurrency exchanges, banks and brokers
- Setup and deployment of algorithms
Rust Developers should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable school, more than 3 years of experience in technology development
- Rust Experience
- SQL
- REST API’s7
- Deep understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, etc)
- Basic understanding of the financial market, order books and trading
The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code. This is a role for techies and traders, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
