Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Team Leadership: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules and maintenance rotas.
- Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for H&S compliance, risk assessments, fire safety, and managing all statutory checks.
- Maintenance Oversight: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (ranging from £40,000 - £48,000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Significant managerial experience in site operations, preferably in a school or institutional setting, with robust H&S knowledge.
