- Home-Based Care: Delivering high-quality clinical assessments and person-centred treatments to patients in Walton-on-Thames and surrounding North Surrey neighbourhoods.
- Independent Practice: Managing your own caseload with autonomy whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Team Integration: You are never alone—you will have direct access to our Home Physio Coordinator and Clinical Director for guidance, plus the collective expertise of our wider team.
- Holistic Advocacy: Taking a caring approach to rehabilitation, ensuring patients and their families feel supported throughout their recovery.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of NHS experience is essential.
- Professional Standing: Must hold current HCPC registration and CSP membership.
- Clinical Expertise: We are looking for broad skills in Care of the Elderly, Orthopaedics, and Neurology—areas where a patient-focused approach is vital.
- Logistics: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel between home visits.
- Personal Attributes: You are friendly, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to improve a patient’s quality of life.
