About the Company Ascent Flight Training is an established and growing aerospace and training company operating across the UK, delivering flying training services to the UK Government. The company seeks innovative, adaptable and proactive people to help achieve One Mission as One Team, and offers the opportunity to work in a professional, dynamic and diverse environment within its Training Support Hub and on its operations sites. Role Overview Ascent Flight Training is building a talent pool for Basic Flying Training (BFT) Qualified Flying Instructors (QFIs) and Qualified Instructors (QIs) at RAF Valley, ensuring the right people are ready to step into key roles as they become available. RAF Valley is home to fast-paced, high-impact flying training, and joining the talent pool puts you first in line when opportunities arise to deliver world-class instruction in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a Qualified Flying Instructor on the Basic Flying Training Squadron at RAF Valley, you would be part of a small, niche delivery team.
