Maintenance Plumber
Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – London - £28 per hour
CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in London. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. Hours/Details:- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Temp to perm contract
- £28 per hour (umbrella)
- Immediate start
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
- Pipework inspections and repairs
- Minor installation works
- Carpentry work
- Minor fixing
- Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
- Flexible in helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Honest, hard-working and reliable
