Job Description for Dentist jobs in Swansea
We are seeking a skilled and experienced dentist to join our practice in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, performing routine dental procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care. You will work closely with our team of dental hygienists and assistants to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Experience required for the Dentist job
- At least 2 years of experience practicing dentistry

How to become a dentist in the UK?
Firstly, to become a dentist in the UK, you need to complete a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD) degree that has been approved by the General Dental Council (GDC) .
This degree normally takes five years to complete . There are also four-year courses available at some dental schools for students with prior qualifications, such as a degree in Biomedical Sciences.
Secondly, you will need to undertake foundation training, which is supervised training working in an approved practice for one year after graduation.
