Alecto Recruitment is working with a UK Leading and established specialist within the smart building and building management systems (BMS) sector.

Due to their continued growth and development across their Master system integrator (MSI) division and further project wins within this space, they are looking to appoint an experienced project manager.

Salary:

• 70,000 – 80,000

The Role:

• Lead and manage MSI projects, including defining scopes, timelines, budgets and resources to ensure project objectives are met
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal technical teams
• Provide high level technical guidance, ensuring system integrations (BMS, lighting, HVAC, Access Control, IoT Solutions)
• Risk & issue management
• Manage project financials

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have experience working within industries such as – Building management systems (BMS), Master system integrator (MSI), or Network / IT Environments
• Proven track record in delivering integrated smart building solutions or complex technical integration projects
• Strong technical expertise within smart building solutions
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
