A well-regarded 11–18 academy in Daventry is looking for an inspiring English ECT to join its successful English department from January 2026 .
About the Role
You will teach English across KS3–KS4 , with the potential to work alongside A-Level teachers as part of your professional development. The curriculum is literature-rich, with carefully chosen texts, embedded oracy routines, and high-quality shared planning that supports consistency.
