To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to come and join our team at our Sittingbourne factory on a nine month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with 3rd Party haulier
• Ensure the load scheduling software is accurate and up to date
• Provide information on delivery scheduling to customers and internal customer service teams
• Provide verbal delivery notification to customers
• Make customers aware of delivery issues
• Deal with haulier and customer own drivers collecting loads
• Deal with inbound supplier deliveries
• Dispatching deliveries and customer collections with all relevant paperwork
• Manage and schedule customer return to works and subsequent stock adjustments

• Exposure to the construction industry desirable but not essential
