ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
About You

The Role
- 1:1 support with young people
- 39 hour post: 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift, plus one sleepover per week
- Shift pattern rotates every 3 weeks so some weekend work will be required
- Driving license required - access to your own vehicle would be helpful as the service is not served by public transport and is rural
- Permanent role available
You Are…
- Experienced with supporting children overnight
- Qualified with a L3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, or are willing to work towards this
- Honest, kind & non-judgmental
- Great with kids & teamwork
- Ready to laugh, listen & lift others up
- Passionate about helping young people shine
- Willing to listen when kids need to talk
