Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

The Role
1:1 support with young people
39 hour post: 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift, plus one sleepover per week
Shift pattern rotates every 3 weeks so some weekend work will be required
Driving license required - access to your own vehicle would be helpful as the service is not served by public transport and is rural
Permanent role available
You Are…
Experienced with supporting children overnight
Qualified with a L3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, or are willing to work towards this
Honest, kind & non-judgmental
