About the Role

Monarch Education are working in partnership with a primary school in East Birmingham (B34) to recruit a talented and committed Primary Teacher for a September start. This role will initially be offered on a contract basis through Monarch; however, there is a clear opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Contribute to the wider life of the school

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passionate and adaptable approach to teaching
• A commitment to supporting all learners to reach their potential
