I’m looking for a reliable tradesperson to paint a concrete floor in my small studio. The space is about 20 square meters and currently bare concrete. I’d like a durable epoxy or polyurethane coating suitable for high-traffic areas and easy cleaning. Preference for a clean finish, minimal dust, and proper surface preparation (etching, repair, and priming as needed). I can provide the paint, but I’m open to recommendations. Please include whether you can do minor floor repairs and how long the job will take, including drying times between coats.
