We are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager for our clients Lambeth Workshop, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring our fleet operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.

Workshop Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing workshop team
- Drive operational performance across KPIs including VOR reduction, MOT compliance, and fleet availability
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and legislative compliance are maintained
- Manage workshop budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Build strong working relationships with operational teams, internal customers, and external suppliers
- Implement and improve workshop processes to maximise productivity and service reliability
- Promote a positive, accountable, and engaged workshop culture
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across fleet maintenance operations

Workshop Manager Requirments:

- Proven experience managing fleet maintenance operations or vehicle workshops
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Excellent understanding of workshop compliance, health & safety, and operational standards
- Experience managing large or complex vehicle fleets
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
