W Lounge - Barback

Reporting to the W Lounge Manager, the W Lounge Barback will have overall responsibility assisting in the daily operation of the bar, ensuring the bar team has the resources to provide exceptional service to our guests. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurant's operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated and passionate! As W Lounge Barback, key aspects of your role will include:

• A team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
• Transport supplies to bar set-up areas
• Wash glassware
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
• Process all payment methods
• Secure liquors, beers, wine, coolers, cabinets and storage areas
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
  The ability to create memorable experiences for guests
• Experience working in a busy bar
• A fire in your belly for true hospitality is a must
• Confidence interacting with guests
