Project Manager Bespoke Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
Location: New Addington, Croydon, CR0 0AE (site travel required)

Set programmes, priorities and delivery milestones
Act as main contact for clients, consultants and contractors
Coordinate design development, samples and approvals
Review drawings for buildability and manufacture suitability
Work with design, production, procurement and site teams
Track costs, variations and project performance
Procure materials and subcontract packages
Plan production, delivery and installation schedules
Coordinate site teams and logistics
Attend meetings and provide clear reporting
Manage risk, quality and health & safety compliance
Oversee remedials and project close-out Project Manager - Essential experience Proven joinery project management experience
Strong understanding of joinery manufacture and installation
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Commercial awareness (budgeting, variations, reporting)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organised, detail-focused and solution-driven
Knowledge of H&S requirements
Microsoft Office proficiency
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Project Manager - Desirable Experience in high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects
Background in joinery, setting out or furniture manufacturing
AutoCAD / Microvellum or similar CAD/CAM experience
SMSTS or CSCS certification
