As a Café & Bakery Team Member, you’ll prepare drinks and food, serve customers, handle deliveries, and keep everything clean, stocked, and welcoming. Every task helps create a smooth, enjoyable experience.

You’ll gain valuable skills in food hygiene, hospitality, and retail, learning on the job in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

Store Team Members based in the Café and/or Bakery will also cover general store duties when required.

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+).
• 20 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 6pm

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including lates and weekends
• Polite, professional, and committed to following company policies and keeping the workplace safe

Successful candidates are provided with on-the-job training and gain essential transferable retail and hospitality skills.
