Overview
Our client is a well-established and growing compliance specialist, currently seeking experienced Legionella Risk Assessors to cover sites across the Midlands and the North West. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality, compliant risk assessments and enjoys working autonomously in the field.
You’ll be responsible for conducting Legionella risk assessments across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring all work is completed in line with current legislation and best practice.Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274
- Producing clear, accurate, and compliant reports with actionable recommendations
- Identifying risks associated with hot and cold water systems
- Providing professional advice to clients on remedial actions and control measures
- Ensuring all assessments are completed within agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Representing the business professionally on-site with clients
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Relevant Legionella Risk Assessment qualification
- Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
