Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals.

• Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.

• Goal-oriented performance , meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.

Job Requirements:

• Experience : At least 2 years in recruitment or a related field.

• Resilience : Determined and dedicated to achieving success.

• Multitasking : Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

• Motivation : Financially driven and ambitious.

• Competitiveness : Strong work ethic and a competitive nature.

• Commercial Awareness : Keen understanding of business dynamics and excellent negotiation skills.
