Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of the bar and restaurant operation
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high service standards
- Acting as Duty Manager for the wider complex when required
- Opening and closing the business, cash handling and cashing up
- Supervising, motivating and developing team members
- Training new starters and supporting ongoing staff development
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Supporting compliance, health & safety and operational procedures
- Working closely with senior management to drive standards and guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Strong background in restaurants, hotels, quality food-led venues or premium leisure operations
- Passionate about guest service and team development
- Confident leading shifts and making operational decisions
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to learn wider aspects of the business
