Business Development Lead for Apprenticeships

Salary: £28,155 - £29,421 FTE

(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Part time will be considered)

Are you a confident relationship builder with a passion for business development?

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead for Apprenticeships to grow our apprenticeship provision by securing new employer partnerships, generating apprenticeship opportunities and supporting business growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop new employer relationships and identify apprenticeship opportunities.

• Grow and manage a pipeline of new business leads.

• Support employers to recruit apprentices and develop their workforce.

• Promote apprenticeships through networking events, employer visits and marketing activities.

• Work with existing employers to increase apprenticeship recruitment.

• Help create opportunities for T-Level industry placements.

• Achieve apprenticeship growth and employer engagement targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, account management or employer engagement.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, target-focused approach.

• Strong organisational and digital skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of apprenticeships or the education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
