The store is located within the Airedale Shopping Centre, forming part of the town’s established retail area alongside a mix of national brands and independent businesses. Keighley is a well-established West Yorkshire town with a strong local identity and a defined town centre. Surrounded by nearby villages and countryside, it combines everyday amenities, local markets, and community facilities, making it a practical and well-served location for those living and working in the area. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
