About You

• We are different in lots of ways (that’s what makes us so interesting)
• The majority of us are wheelchair users and require physical support to be as independent as possible.

We have different challenges in our lives which include visual and hearing impairment, autism and learning disabilities. We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs

• It would be good if our housemate enjoyed outdoor activities, including shopping, theatres eating out, sensory and learning new skills
• One interest we all have in common is listening to music and we all love a good sing along
• Some qualities everyone has identified as desirable for our housemate are that they are fun loving, kind, caring, considerate, respectful of other people’s personal space and belongings and have a love of music.
• We would not like our new housemate to be bossy, pushy, running around, shouting or very noisy as it would tend to make a few of us upset.
