Rota Nanny | 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off | Gibraltar Based | £75k–£80k GPA + Accommodation
We are looking for an excellent Spanish-speaking rota nanny to join our client's fully staffed household, caring primarily for their one-year-old. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys the rhythm of rota work, and is happy travelling regularly as part of the role.
You'll work closely alongside a lead carer, helping to shape the child's day-to-day routine and development, and playing your part in keeping the household calm, structured, and running smoothly. The family is after someone adaptable, sharp, and genuinely confident with infants.
The role runs on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rota, based in Gibraltar with regular travel required. Accommodation is provided for the duration of each working rotation. Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Solid experience with babies or young children within a private household setting
• Previous rota and/or UHNW experience an advantage Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
Salary: £75k–£80k GPA
