Your Responsibilities
- Manage IT and digitalization projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and project stakeholders
- Define project objectives, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Identify opportunities to improve business and technology processes
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
Your Profile
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT or project management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Good knowledge of project-management methodologies
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
