Cyber Security Regulatory Compliance and Process Improvement Manager

AstraZeneca seeks a cybersecurity professional to manage regulatory compliance and drive process improvements across the organization. The role involves translating cyber regulations into business requirements, coordinating governance activities, and maintaining the company's IT security and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Translate global and regional cybersecurity regulations into practical business requirements and implementation activities
- Identify and drive improvements to cybersecurity processes, governance, controls, and ways of working
- Coordinate regulatory compliance governance activities and track compliance posture and readiness status
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of IT security policy and compliance frameworks
- Conduct security assurance activities, risk assessments, and gap assessments across functions and sites
Requirements
- Degree in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field
- Professional certification such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP
- Significant hands-on experience in cybersecurity regulatory compliance, cyber risk, or security assurance in large multinational organizations
- Experience interpreting cybersecurity regulations and standards across multiple EMEIA and UK jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of NIST CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Experience conducting gap assessments, control reviews, and remediation tracking
- Understanding of relationships between cybersecurity, enterprise risk, legal compliance, and business objectives
