- Deliver Maths lessons to students with SEMH needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
- Manage behaviour positively and effectively.
- Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, senior leaders and external professionals.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching Maths within a UK school setting.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom engagement skills.
- A patient, resilient and empathetic approach.
- Experience working with SEMH, SEND or challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
