Academics is working closely with an excellent secondary school in Devizes that are seeking Cover Supervisors to join their team on both a temporary and permanent basis. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and confident individuals to deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support students’ learning during the absence of their regular teachers.

Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
* Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
* Be a positive influence to students
* Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
* Experience working with children in some capacity
* A degree or direct experience working as a cover supervisor
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
