Position - Senior Mechanical Engineer Location - Warrington/Cumbria Reference - 2657 Travel - Hybrid Arrangement - Contract/Staff NUVIA UK's Technical Services & Consulting department is fast growing with hybrid opportunities available up and down the country. We're striving to create a multidisciplinary team to offer our clients the best range of talent. BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable. Principal Accountabilities
- A senior Mechanical Engineer is required to develop tools to support early retrievals/ operations of the MSSS SEP machines. The role will also include support to the principal engineer.
- This role requires an innovative individual with experience within this field.
- Typical deliverables include but are not limited to:
- Production of NFR's
- Production of OIMS
- Understand the roles and specifications of CDM
- Experience producing design packages, suitable for manufacture and installation, containing drawings, method statements, risks assessments
- Familiarity and experience of working and complying with applicable 5L practices, standard and engineering guides.
- HNC/ HND/ Scientific or Engineering Degree
- Highly desirable: experience of working in decommissioning legacy facilities, materials and contaminated hazards.
