Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader
Contract: Part Time - Perm
Hour: 20 - 25 hours per week
Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm - Weekdays and alternative Weekends
Location: Old Crabtree Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EX

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Mountbatten Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead . Mountbatten Lodge is a 60 bed residential home rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with an Outstanding rating in the Responsive category

What You'll Bring
* Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
* You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
* Reviewing and updating care plans.
* Giving personal care to residents.
