Registered Veterinary Nurse - Devon
£23k - £32k per annumFull-time
This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who enjoys being hands-on clinically and supporting the next generation of nurses to join a well-established, RCVS accredited Devon practice.
You'll be joining a friendly, experienced nursing team within an independent, RCVS-accredited small animal practice that genuinely values collaboration, learning, and high standards of patient care. Nurses here are encouraged to use their full skill set and have a real clinical voice.
The role offers a varied caseload, modern facilities (including in-house lab equipment, imaging, and advanced monitoring), and the chance to mentor up to two student nurses in a supportive, well-structured environment.
About you:

About you:
- RCVS registered RVN with at least 1 year's experience
- Confident clinically and keen to support student nurses
- Organised, approachable, and a strong communicator
- Happy to work across multiple sites (UK driving licence required)
- Salary: £23,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
- Strong work-life balance
- Monday-Friday, shared Saturday mornings with time off in lieu
- No out-of-hours after 7pm
