We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary / PA to join a busy and professional legal team. This is a varied role providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Fee Earners, with a strong focus on organisation, client service and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients.
- Preparing, formatting and amending documents.
- Supporting with billing.
- Managing and maintaining files and records.
- Supporting with business development.
About you:
- Previous legal secretarial experience required.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
