Using your industry experience and subject knowledge, you will help learners develop a strong understanding of organisational structures, governance frameworks, and effective project delivery, preparing them for progression into professional business environments.

Any successful candidates will be required to complete a structured training pathway, unless they already hold the relevant qualifications. This includes a two-week teacher induction (must be completed within probation), followed by the Award in Education and Training (AET) including Assessor is required, and then the Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher (LST) apprenticeship. Completition of this structured learning programme is expected within 3 years. Furthermore, there is the option to pursue Qualified Teacher Learning Status (QTLS).

Using your industry experience and subject knowledge, you will help learners develop a strong understanding of organisational structures, governance frameworks, and effective project delivery, preparing them for progression into professional business environments.

- Supporting students' academic progress and personal development.

- Supporting curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
What we're looking for:
- A strong background in project management, governance, or policy .
- Experience within a business or professional environment.
- Teaching or training experience (or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification).
- Knowledge of T Level provision , particularly Management & Administration (desirable).
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
