About the role:


You will contribute to delivering high-quality teaching across our Business curriculum, with a particular focus on:

• Management & Administration T Level programmes.

Using your industry experience and subject knowledge, you will help learners develop a strong understanding of organisational structures, governance frameworks, and effective project delivery, preparing them for progression into professional business environments.

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Supporting students' academic progress and personal development.
• Providing constructive and timely feedback to support achievement.
• Creating an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
• Embedding employability, English and maths skills into teaching.
• Supporting curriculum development and continuous improvement.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding learner experience.

What we're looking for:

• A strong background in project management, governance, or policy .
• Experience within a business or professional environment.
• Teaching or training experience (or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification).
• Knowledge of T Level provision , particularly Management & Administration (desirable).
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

Any successful candidates will be required to complete a structured training pathway, unless they already hold the relevant qualifications. This includes a two-week teacher induction (must be completed within probation), followed by the Award in Education and Training (AET) including Assessor is required, and then the Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher (LST) apprenticeship. Completition of this structured learning programme is expected within 3 years. Furthermore, there is the option to pursue Qualified Teacher Learning Status (QTLS).
