Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join our team in Banbury on a full time permanent basis!
As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am.
Salary: £29,500 per annum.
Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:
- Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required.
- Reconciling goods inbound report.
- Creating and distributing stock reports as required.
- Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
- Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
- Processing returns.
- Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets.
- Emptying location checks as required.
- Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
- Providing cover for internal senior team.
- Filing general admin paperwork.
- Other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
- Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.
- Able to manage own workload effectively and prioritise.
- Excellent customer service skills.
