Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor
Location: Pershore, WR10
Pay: £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 11:00 – 20:00, Monday to Friday
Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm A well-established transport and storage company based in Pershore is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to join their busy operation. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with previous warehouse leadership experience who is confident coordinating daily workloads, supporting a team and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include:

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with previous warehouse leadership experience who is confident coordinating daily workloads, supporting a team and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting warehouse operatives during the shift
- Allocating workloads and ensuring daily priorities are completed
- Coordinating the movement, loading and unloading of goods
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift when required
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitoring productivity and supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations
- Liaising with transport, warehouse and operational teams
- Supporting transhipment activities and the movement of goods between vehicles
- Dealing with operational issues and escalating where necessary
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Previous experience working as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence , refreshed within the last 5 years
- Strong warehouse and operational experience
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Confidence allocating workloads and managing priorities
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to work effectively within a busy transport and storage environment
- Previous transhipment experience would be highly desirable
- Pay of around £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working
- 11:00 – 20:00 shift
