The Role: Remote Conveyancing Fee Earner:- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling an average of 25 new files per month with support from a dedicated paralegal, or 18 files per month when working independently
- Working closely with the firm’s specialist onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process
- Delivering excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers
- Ensuring all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently and remotely, managing your workload without direct supervision
