This UK headquartered law firm has gone from strength to strength over recent years and has a growing corporate tech practice. The team is now looking to recruit an associate to join the emerging companies sub-team.
Ideal candidates will be 1-4 pqe, with experience in venture capital fundraisings and investment activities. The role will involve advising venture capitalists, angel investors, institutional investors and life sciences businesses on the key stages of their growth and portfolio management.
You will be joining a dynamic, successful team at an exciting time and be part of a progressive and innovative law firm, known for the training and development opportunities it offers its associates.
