Our client is highly profitable international law firm with a strong City presence, is seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its well-resourced Corporate team. The role is focused on private company M&A, high-growth businesses, and founder-led companies, and would particularly suit a partner with a strong track record advising clients in the technology and/or life sciences sectors.The successful candidate will have at least seven years experience as a Corporate Partner, an established and portable client base, and proven business development credentials. The team advises a diverse domestic and international client base on UK and cross-border transactions, including private M&A, strategic investments, venture and growth capital transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other complex corporate matters.The firm offers an exceptional international platform, including a significant US presence and a broad global office network, enabling seamless support on multi-jurisdictional matters.
