Our client are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding independent Estate Agency in Grays, Essex.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has some property experience that would like to progress their career!

Some responsibilities, but not limited:

First point of contact for prospective Buyers and Tenants

Support administrative duties to maintain accurate records are kept up-to-date 

Conduct property viewings for interested buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.

Assist in negotiation for sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers. 

Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless process from initial inquiry through to completion.

Cover some Property Management responsibilities when required.

Candidate experience:

Some previous Estate Agency experience

Confident and driven

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive attitude with the ability to work with a team as well as part of a team

Full UK Driving licence

Salary £25,000 – £27,000 pa depending on experience

OTE Depends on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Saturday 10.00am – 2.00pm time taken off for working Saturday.
