London | Full-time | On-site (5 days per week) We’re working with a fast-growing global technology platform looking to hire a Product Designer into their London team. The company operates across both marketplace and SaaS products, building a complex ecosystem of tools used by businesses and professionals around the world. This role will focus specifically on the **B2B side of the platform**, designing products that help businesses manage their day-to-day operations. You’ll be working on complex workflows and interconnected features, turning them into intuitive, beautifully crafted product experiences. They’re looking for a well-rounded Product Designer who combines strong UX and product thinking with excellent UI and visual craft. You’ll need to be comfortable getting into complex B2B product problems while maintaining a high bar for how the final experience looks and feels.
What you’ll be doing: * Designing intuitive, visually polished B2B product experiences
* Turning complex business workflows into simple, easy-to-use solutions
* Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers
* Exploring different concepts and solutions before arriving at the right outcome
* Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI
* Working across interconnected features and complex product areas
* Contributing to scalable design systems and product consistency
* Participating in discovery, research and experimentation
* Using customer insights, feedback and data to inform design decisions

* Strong end-to-end product design skills, from problem definition through to polished execution
* Experience simplifying complex workflows into clear and intuitive experiences
* Strong UI and visual design skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
* Strong systems thinking and experience working with scalable design systems
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment
* A portfolio demonstrating both strong UX problem solving and high-quality visual execution A background in graphic design, digital design or agency environments is a bonus, particularly if you’ve since developed strong experience designing complex digital products.
