Class 1 Drivers Wanted – Excellent Rates, Minimal Handball & Long-Term Opportunities

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a leading UK manufacturer supplying products to the construction industry nationwide. With ongoing work, immediate starts, and a well-organised transport operation, this role is ideal for drivers seeking consistency and long-term stability.

You’ll be responsible for delivering products to builders’ merchants, construction sites, and commercial customers across the UK. Routes are pre-planned and efficiently managed, helping to ensure a smooth and productive working day.

Most shifts involve between 4 and 8 deliveries using curtain-sided vehicles. Physical work is kept to a minimum, with drivers generally only required to assist by opening and closing curtains during loading and unloading.

All drivers will be expected to complete daily vehicle safety checks, follow all transport and health & safety procedures, and accurately complete the relevant delivery paperwork in line with company requirements.
