Working Hours: Full-Time
- Our longstanding client, a prestigious City law firm is looking to recruit a non-contentious construction NQ into their large and highly ranked team.
Role:
The team undertakes non-contentious construction work from a real estate perspective and recent projects include:
- Advising a household name on construction documentation regarding their UK expansion
- Advising a local authority on the design and construction of an olympic sized sports facility
- Cafe and landscape developments
- Forward funded student accomodation
- UHNW residential development
Key attractions:
- Highly ranked team focusing on non-contentious construction from a real estate perspective
- Healthy work life balance- low chargeable hour target
- Focus on mentoring and career development
Successful candidate:
- Must have completed a non-contentious construction seat within a City/leading law firm
- Preferably also completed a real estate seat
- September 2026 Qualifier
