Role Summary

We are seeking an externally facing Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders, with accountability for translating client needs into scalable product capabilities and driving execution against the product roadmap.

You'll own a significant product area, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create value across multiple clients. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined area of CloudFactory's client-facing platform.
• Identify customer and market opportunities that align with CloudFactory's product vision.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Product Leadership.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning through customer insights and market trends.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to support customer engagements and product adoption.
• Communicate product direction, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with customers while balancing individual requests against broader platform priorities.

Product Discovery & Definition

• Lead discovery activities including customer interviews, workflow analysis, usability feedback, and data analysis.
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate ideas through experimentation and customer feedback before investing in development.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.

Roadmap & Execution

• Own the end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives for your product domain.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout planning, development, testing, and release.
• Prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure successful product launches.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to measure customer and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support release planning, product documentation, and customer enablement activities.
• Foster strong collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
• Demonstrated experience owning products or major product areas from discovery through delivery.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into scalable product solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based applications.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise or platform-based products.
• Exposure to AI/ML products, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams on customer engagements.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

What to Expect During the Hiring Process
We like to keep our interview process straightforward, conversational, and focused on getting to know each other, not just assessing skills.

Step 1: Recruiter Conversation (30 minutes)

Your first chat will be with our Talent team. We'll walk you through the role, learn more about your background, career aspirations, and motivations, and answer any questions you have about CloudFactory.

Step 2: Technical & Product Collaboration (45 minutes)

Meet with our Vice President of Engineering to discuss your experience working with engineering teams, delivering products, solving technical challenges, and driving execution.

Step 3: Product Strategy & Customer Impact (45 minutes)

You'll then meet our Head of Platform Strategy for a deeper conversation around product thinking, customer discovery, prioritization, roadmap ownership, and how you approach solving complex customer problems.

Step 4: Final Conversation (30 minutes)

Your final conversation will be with our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) . This is an opportunity to discuss your product philosophy, leadership approach, and how your experience aligns with CloudFactory's vision and the impact we're building together.
