Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) - Loughborough Mixed Civil and Commercial Litigation with Property focus | East Midlands An established Leicestershire based law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ+) to join its expanding litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a steady flow of quality civil and commercial litigation work, largely generated through internal referrals. The Firm This full-service firm has a strong commercial client base, resulting in a consistent pipeline of dispute resolution and property litigation matters. The team is led by a highly experienced Head of Department, offering excellent mentorship and support. The Role You will handle a varied caseload with a strong focus on:
- Property litigation matters
- General civil litigation
- Disputes arising from commercial and corporate client relationships
- Internally referred work from across the firm
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) - NQ and above
- Experience or interest in dispute resolution and litigation
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A desire to develop expertise in property litigation
- Strong and consistent internal referral workstream
- Work closely with an experienced Head of Department
- Supportive environment with training and development
